My momma said, to get things done, you better not mess with…

Spent the weekend visiting with my sister, her husband and my nephew, who had come for a visit.

I got to play with my brother-in-law’s PS2. I must own one of these – it’s a kick ass game platform with a cool-as-shit DVD player. I now know why it’s rated as one of the top DVD players on the market.

Not much else to report. Had a brilliant idea for some new code this morning, but my machine is being as ass, so I have yet to write any actual code. C’est la vie.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

  1. dragondiva says:

word to David Bowie (also a capricorn)!!

  2. alchemist says:

Shit yeah. Time to climb in the kev-mobile and crank some old-school Bowie on the way home.

“There’s only room for one and here she comes
    here she comes!”

I just realized Earthling is at the house, so I *CAN’T* do new Bowie anyway.
