End of day report

Usual day at work. I need some more motivation on the shared calendar thing, since now comes the dirty part – hacking code.

Found out Kingdom Hearts was supposed to release yesterday. ut shipping delays have it in the “any time now” category. Therefore I put a down-payment on it. Also picked up the two new dbZ videos and Monsters, Inc. on DVD. Ray REALLY wants to see Monsters, Inc, so I’ll move the DVD player into the playroom tomorrow before I go to work. That way Renee and I can watch it tonight before we crash.

Also, my season tickets came in today. Two weeks until the first pre-season game, and less than a month until opening night. Boo-ya.

OK, off to finish catching up on LJ and the some Pixar fun.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

I didn’t get mine today *sob* and I was at my MBE box right after work, hoping to see them hiding in there.

I am sooo psyched for another season, especially since I know where I’m sitting (in very cool seats) and not relying on the goodwill of the guys with free tix to sporadically help a gal out.

Am thinking I need a Hurricanes icon…but who? or what?

They were sent UPS Air to me, which means they *MAY* need to come to your house instead.

This year’s book is prettier than last year’s.

I dunno who to use as an Icon – although a sho of my Shadey-80 jersey might be next.
