Car 3 Pit 2

That has to be one of the best games I’ve ever been present for. Both teams kept up some massive pressure, things moved at a constant flow, and man, both teams just played hard. Not always well, but hard.

I can honestly say it was *ANYONE’S* game until the end, and Pittsburg didn’t let up for *ONE* second. Awsome.

And the Pens fan in the seat next to me & Dad was cool. And i think I saw on the jumbotron, but I could be wrong.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

Me, on the Jumbotron? Not surprising. I’m usually ducking away from the camera guy, but last night I was so intent on the game, I didn’t even think about him.

FINALLY Bates scored a goal…and the winning goal at that! I almost cried, no kidding.

Yeah, the Bates goal rocked. He needed it bad.

If you were in a pink top, it was you. If not, there’s a woman near your section that looks a lot like you that was….

I was in a black v-necked shirt, and a floral scarf/red suede jacket when I was cold. Could have been me, but likely it was the fruits in front of us.

    […] best games […] present

I’m so ashamed, it took a good minute and 2 and a half readings for my brain to parse that this wasn’t about some horribly titled racing game you picked up. I mean, really, who cares what pit number car #3 is assigned to? And you were playing it on the jumbotron, what?

OH, a Bates goal. Oh. Riiight. ohgodi’mgoingbacktobed
