About Kevin Sonney
Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this.
Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons.
His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits.
Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.
which GF did you get? MX, ti 4200, ti 4400?

Didn’t make it out tonight. I know that you had to do it, but I’ll miss your influence. You led well: lightly, sanely, with enough slapping when needed. I don’t know that many others can earn the same level of presence and respect.
MX400 64Meg. Dual Head. UT is like butter dripping off a hot biscut at 1400x1050x16bits at work with everything turned all the way up. I brought that card home and am taking the GeForce2 I have here in to work with me today.
S’OK, and thanks for the compliments. I did the best I could, the only way I knew how. Many was the times I ranted to the SC over one fine point or the other.
I’ll still be around, just not as often as I used to be, unless something drastic changes.
I’ve been pretty anti nVIDIA for a while, but I can’t afford the new ATI stuff that’s out right now, and everyone seems to be programming games for nvidia cards. I may break down and get a GF4 ti 4200 and OC it to 4600 specs.
