How come…

How come she’s the one leaving and I’m the one being punished? Why is it my life that has to be pulverized?may have to be sold after all.

Her insurance costs a metric ton compared to mine, but I can only switch to mine when a divorce is final or at anual enrollment in November.

So….that’s another $80 per paycheck I’m out…and now it looks like the house may be at risk, and I’ll have to move.

I’m gonna go curl up in a ball and cry.

Edit : Looks like I’m going to be running a defecit of about $450/month, which I can’t do for very long. Got to figure that out…

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

Honey, I’ve been running on a deficit of at least that for almost three years now. God knows how I’ve made it work, but it always seems to even out. I’m not saving shit, but everything’s still here.

Now I have to go to bed, because I have two houses to clean tomorrow, one starting at 7AM. *sigh*
