Back to Sushi Blues for lunch today. I was *NOT impressed, not after Asahi and Waraji the last few weeks. The Kimchee roll is spice-less at SB, the spider temaki (hand roll/cone) was kinda small, and the tuna roll had a large quantity of onion. OTOH, the Flying Fish roe was OK, and the Scallop *HUGE*.
The sweet shrimp was OK. I think I like Asahi best, with Kashin second. The Tokoyo House in Cary is great, but my co-workers won’t eat there, since one of them had a bad time at the Raleigh one.
Otherwise, more of the usual. Busy, busy, busy. I certainly can’t wait for end-of-quarter, when I can rest up. As it stands, I’m working extra just to keep up. And with Jenny out of town next week, things will be extra busy.
Oh well, back to the grind. Maybe I can rest some this weekend.
